The 200 square meters villa on 4 acres of land offers a calm and comfortable accommodation as it is sun soaked, surrounded by a view of the ocean and wonderful green fields. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances(coffee machine toaster, dishwasher, oven and a microwave ) and a dining room, this home can host 6 to 8 people .Also included are; Wi-Fi, Central Air Conditioning unit, safe, TV, washing machine, elevator and a private parking space.
Every room has its own balcony with patio furniture and an ocean view.
For our younger guests a grip-playpen, high chairs, a baby monitor and playground set are provided.
This accommodation also provides an outside space for your four-legged friends after previous notification. The closest beach is in Agios Onoufrios, which is only 2 minutes away.
This location is ideal for long walks, with a playground, a basketball court and a beach nearby.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare your own family meals.
